NCAO’s Annual Food Drive to benefit the Ottawa Food Bank will continue this year and will include Door-to-Door Food Drive. NCAO will be organizing an orientation program on July 19, 2014 at the Ottawa Citizen Hall, 1101 Baxter Road between 3 and 5 pm. During this program, community volunteers will update on the objectives of the program and the etiquettes for the door to door activities. This will be an excellent event for young volunteers to familiarize with the program. We would request your presence in the program. A light snacks will be provided.
Also, volunteers are required for Food Drive Committee (Overall Coordinator, Regional Coordinators, and members). NCAO requests community members to submit the names and areas of interest (where you could contribute) to NCAO board member Abha Satyal as soon as possible.
