1. Call for Cultural Performance
For the Nepali New Year celebration to be held on Saturday April 15, 2017 at 5:30 PM at Britannia Park Hall, we are requesting names of the interested participants for cultural programs. Please submit your name to Ms Smita Pudasainai ( pudasainismita@gmail.com ) before March 26, 2017.
2. AGM discounted tickets
Preparations for the above mentioned AGM and Nepali New Year Celebration are ongoing. The Board is working to make the Celebration both memorable and successful.
Similar to our last events, the Board will once again sell tickets in advance at lower rates, and will continue to differentiate rates between members and non-members as follows. We encourage non-members to take membership and benefit from the lower rate.

3. Agenda for AGM
NCAO would like to request (at least a week before the AGM) any agenda that you would like to discuss during the AGM. NCAO is your organization, and we need volunteers to serve in the board. We hope that you will be prepared to step up to serve in the NCAO board and help the community.
Any proposal to ammend by-laws should be submitted as per the procedures given in the NCAO by-law.
4. Membership renewal and new membership
All membership fees are due for renewal at the AGM. For membership rates, please Consult with Mr Mahesh Bhattarai (mahesh.bhattarai@gmail.com). If you are not an NCAO member yet, and would like to join the New Year 2074 Dinner Party at discounted member’s rate, you can still do so by becoming a NCAO member right at the dinner party. A table will be set up at the entrance for the new and also for the renewal of the existing memberships. Please note, if you know someone who might be interested in joining the Celebration, please forward this email to his/her attention.
